These teams must provide opportunities and promote achievement and excellence in education. | Paraprofessionals Highly skilled, knowledgeable, and actively engaged paraprofessionals can be an integral part in ensuring that black children attain the necessary academic and social skills to achieve the goals set forth in this blueprint. | Administrators School administrators exercise authority and influence the actions of students, staff, faculty, parents and families. Policymakers Policymakers have the ultimate authority to plan and provide for effective educational policies and programs.
